Forges-les-Eaux is a rural town that hasn’t forgotten its strong agricultural history; its expertise lies in meat production, thanks to its livestock farming area. Major food manufacturers are also represented, such as Danone, which regularly recruits for its Ferrières-en-Bray facility.

Learning and studying Forges-les-Eaux

The town offers many flexible childcare options, from nurseries to childminders. There are also two state and one independent primary schools, a leisure centre, a collège, a lycée and an MFR apprenticeship school. A school bus service is provided by the local authority.
