Good news for music lovers, the sound of jazz will once again waft through the Normandy apple orchards at Coutances!

Stanley Clarke, Ibrahim Maalouf, Bror Gunnar Jansson, James Carter… The festival Jazz sous les Pommiers welcomes top jazz players every year. For one week, the little town of Coutances becomes world capital of jazz. In the shadow of the cathedral, a masterpiece of 13th-century Gothic architecture, saxophonists and double-bass players fill the air with their improvising, playing to over 35,000 spectators.
