RocknRoll Adventures is based in a 300 year old 5 bedroomed riverside farmhouse in Swiss Normandy. We started out as offering guided mountain bike & roadbike holidays because there are over 1000km of mountain bike trails and miles of quiet counrty lanes right from our doorstep. Our cycling holidays are still amongst the most popular that we offer especially the offroad food tasteing tour, but due to there being so many wonderful activity centres in Normandy we now also offer bespoke activity holidays.

We offer over 30 different activities rangeing from Bungee Jumping & Paragliding to Horseriding and Kayaking. We cater for groups, couples, families, hen & stag partys to corporate & team building clients such as the Renault Driving team who have their annaul training camp here. To compliment the activities we take great pride in our food. We use locally produced food, buying from local farms and markets. Deanne worked in the wine trade for 15 years so carefuly selects wine to compliment each meal we serve. If you have got somthing to celebrate we can organise champagne picnics, hog roasts or fresh seafood platters.

•The House (Le relais des amis) has a large Garden,BBQ,5 twin/double bedrooms (sleeps 10), lounge, dining room, breakfast room, 2 showerooms, 3 toilets.
•If you do have a group of more than 10 then we can still accommodate you. in riverside accommodation. The maximum we can accommodate in one property is 30 people. Contact us for more details.
•We organise and book all your activities and accompany you to them as well, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
•All the activity centres we use are profesional centres that have been established for years using qualified instructors and guides.

We are based in the village of Pont d'Ouilly 45 mins from Ouistreham (Caen) ferry port, 1.5 hours from Le Havre, 2.5 hours from Dieppe, St Malo & Cherbourg, 4 hours from Bolougne and 5 hours from Calais.

We offer transfers from Caen & Flers train station if you are flying into Paris or catching the Eurostar from London or Ashford.

The nearest airport is Caen (Carpiquet) and you can fly there for £149rtn from Shoreham Airport (near Brighton) with www.skysouth.com
