La Maison du Parc visitor centre in the Manche regional park has been extended and will be reopening with: a new welcome area, a new boutique and a new function area. The extensions were completed following strict environmental standards, using traditional materials (wood, clay, reeds) and modern techniques. The Maison provides information on all aspects of the regional park including the flora and fauna to be found as well as events taking place, museums, local artisans, walks, accommodation and restaurants in the park. Guided bird-watching trips to the observatories in the bird reserve are also available, on foot or by boat.
