La Maison Figaz is situated in the peaceful hamlet of L'epinay only 1 mile from the small village of Tirepied, deep in the heart of the Normandy countryside. An ideal base for your holiday in France.The farmhouse has been tastefully converted into two three bedroomed gites. Ideal for just a couple, as well as sleeping up to twelve people (when both gites are booked together) It is situated in the peaceful hamlet of L'epinay, only 1 mile from the small village of Tirepied, which has a church, bar/restaurant and village shop. The main town of Avranches is only 4 miles from La Maison Figaz and only10 mins away is the very large hypermaket, Carrefour. The tiny hamlet of L'Epinay is surrounded by open countryside and borders France'spremier salmon river, La see.

The grounds of La Maison Figaz have a very large courtyard and gardens with orchard and play areas for the children. We have plenty of outdoor games to keep everyone occupied, including, a dartboard, basketball net, bikes, footballs, tennis raquets, cricket bats and much more. Built in May 2007 games room, with table tennis table, darts, football game and excersise bike, excellent for keeping the kids amused in all weathers.2 large BBQ's situated in the garden over looking the river.

There is also secure undercover parking for up to 12 motorbikes.

Situated in lower Normandy close to the historic bay of Le Mont Saint Michel. The nearest ports are Cherbourg, One and a half hours drive away, Caen one and a half hours away, St Malo one hours drive, L-Havre 2hrs. If you choose to fly, the closest airports are Rennes or Dinard both around one hours drive away and they have hire car facilities.
