This villa is a self catering house  tucked up in the dunes of Utah Beach - spectacular views over the sea to Grand Camp Maisy, Point du Hoc and the Isles of Marcouf. The house is in a group of 30 houses ours one of 14 with sea views and  complete privacy with a path leading from the back gate to the glorious sandy WW2 invasion beach
The house is an upside down house, designed over 2 floors to maximize the views from the 1st floor. On this 1st floor with the sea views there is an open plan living, kitchen, dining area which leads into the glass veranda and out onto the sun terrace. This floor also has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a large double with an en suite shower room. A further 2 double rooms with a 'jack & Jill' shower room - both bedrooms at the front of the house have french windows opening out into the garden.

PRICES

Peak season 2,000 euros per week 1st June - 5th September

Rest of years 1,000 euros for UPTO 4 persons + cleaning & linen 120  thereafter 110 euros per person 

1000 euros is UP TO 4 persons there after 100 per person Cleaning, linen, towels & beach towels 100 euros up to 4 person thereafter 10 per person. Prices include electricity within reasonable use. Logs supplied off season. We do not request a security damage deposit... however we expect you to replace or pay for anything that is broken - we do retain the right to charge for any willful damage as per our terms of business. We do not charge extra for dogs - we do retain the right to charge extra if any dog hair etc is left behind and extra cleaning is incurred Please note this house is not available for short breaks - minimum is 1 week.
Our season is April to November. Peak season includes everything... cleaning, linen, towels, beach towels.
