La Mancelliere is a beautiful 17th Century farmhouse with a Gite (Les Violettes) that have both been converted to provide very comfortable accommodation, whilst retaining its rustic charm. It is situated at the end of a private lane and stands in over one acre of farmland, so there is plenty of space for the children, yet peace of mind for you.

La Mancelliere is located just outside the village of L'Epinay le Comte, which has small shops and a Bar (which serves some fantastic food and if you are missing home they also do wonderful Fish & Chips and Sunday Roast Dinners).

Mont St-Michel (approx 1.5 hours away) with the impressive Abbey.
Bagnoles-de-lorne (approx 20 minutes away) is a wonderful Spa Town which is well worth a visit!
Domfront (15 minutes away) is a wonderful medieval town with lots of shops/bars and restaurants.
St Fraimbault (5 minutes away) and has a wonderful Boating lake and has a flower festival every August,
Mortain (15 minutes away) has 2 waterfalls, lovely churches and great walks,
Le Ferte Mace (approx 30 minutes) has a man made beach around a swimming lake, rock climbing, canoeing and a wonderful shopping centre.
There are plenty of D Day beaches, momurials and museums dotted around this area,
Passais-la-Conception (5 minutes away) has an extraordinary set of chapels of "Notre Dame de L'Oratoire".
